They are seeking a Head of Bidding to join their ambitious and growing consultancy. This leadership role will play a pivotal part in driving their success by overseeing the development and execution of high-quality, strategic bids in the infrastructure sector.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in leading complex bids, particularly in the infrastructure, rail, or highways sectors.
• A strong understanding of procurement frameworks, including RfPs, ITTs, and PPPs.
• Proven success in managing multi-disciplinary bid teams to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• A talent for turning technical concepts into compelling, client-focused narratives.

Desirable qualifications:

• Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies such as APMP, Shipley, or PRINCE2.
• A background working with Tier 1/2 contractors or major infrastructure projects.
• An academic background in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
