The business is looking for a dynamic and experienced ecommerce leader with a strong commercial track record, strategic vision, and a passion for customer experience. You'll play a key role in delivering ecommerce growth, leading digital initiatives, and driving performance across UK & Ireland. This hybrid role is based within a commutable distance to High Peak area/ Derbyshire, with 2 core days per week in the office and occasional travel across the UK and Europe.

The role as Head of Ecommerce:

• Develop and deliver the ecommerce strategy across UK & Ireland
• Lead ecommerce performance and achieve key commercial KPIs (AOP, conversion, traffic, basket size)
• Champion continuous optimisation across UX, functionality and digital experience
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, digital, customer service) and external partners
• Oversee digital operations including inventory, promotions and customer journey
• Contribute to UK&I leadership team with a focus on innovation and people-first culture

The candidate will have/be:

• At least 5 years in senior ecommerce, ideally within health, wellness or FMCG
• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering ecommerce growth
• Proficient in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools and digital marketing strategies
• Passionate about health and wellbeing, and highly customer-centric
• A great communicator, highly collaborative, and confident in driving change
