This newly created role will drive digital trading, performance marketing, and revenue growth. The company has spent 18 months testing and learning and now needs a commercially focused leader to optimise eCommerce strategy. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires someone comfortable working closely with founders and thriving in a high-growth setting.

This role does require four days of five in the Nottingham office, ensuring close collaboration and rapid decision-making in this crucial phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale digital trading strategy – web, marketplace, and performance marketing
• Lead and grow a team (currently 4-5 people)
• Optimise digital performance – CRO, retention, and customer acquisition
• Work closely with founders and leadership in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting

Who You Are

• Proven experience in D2C eCommerce, growth marketing, and trading
• Commercially driven, hands-on, and thrives in fast-paced environments
• Not a corporate player – this role needs agility, adaptability, and ownership
