This is a truly unique opportunity for an experienced Soft Services manager to join a national treasure in the world of hospitality, as Head of Soft Services.

In a 24/7 hospitality environment, you will ensure that all soft services are managed to the highest standard – both on a planned and reactive basis!

Role & Responsibilities

• With a small team of direct reports, who in turn will manage large teams of cleaning and housekeeping staff, you will make sure all guests have the best time possible in a clean and safe environment.
• You will work closely with the operations management to put the right teams in place for the fluctuating number of guests, and types of events that can influence team needs.
• You will hold budget responsibility.

Candidate Profile

• A skilled senior soft services professional.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering an exceptional cleaning service.
• Ideally experienced in a demanding 24-hour industry, such as hospitality, holiday resorts, casinos and hotels.
• Experience of team management, from recruitment to retention, including disciplinary matters.
• Commercial acumen and experience of managing budgets.
