Head of Finance

Recent years have seen strong growth in both profit and company size, through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything they do and a strong determination to find innovative and proactive solutions.

The company is now looking for an exceptional Head of Finance to become a key member of the senior management team and join them as they enter the next stage of their growth and development. Reporting directly to the Group FD, responsibilities will include;

• Ensure the day to day smooth running of the accounting function
• Responsible for the oversight and delivery of annual budgets and forecasting
• Manage cash flow and liaison with external partners on financial matters
• Leading by example and motivating and developing a highly experienced team to secure the best interests of the company and its customers at all times
• Liaison with internal managers and Directors to prepare reports to enhance performance
• Ad hoc projects in partnership with the Group FD
