Description:

Zanda, an executive search partner working with high-growth start-ups, is recruiting a Head of Finance for a fast-scaling iGaming business. This strategic role will lead the financial operations of the company, ensuring robust financial health, regulatory compliance, and efficient scaling through strategic financial planning and insightful leadership.

The Head of Finance will oversee all aspects of financial management including statutory and tax reporting, budgeting, treasury operations, and monthly management reports. You will collaborate closely with the Group Head of Finance to refine the budgeting and forecasting processes, improve internal systems, and optimize internal controls. Your analytical mindset and proactive approach will contribute directly to strategic decision-making and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports including statutory and tax filings.

• Manage day-to-day accounting, treasury, and reporting functions.

• Deliver monthly management reports to leadership.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow.

• Develop financial systems to support rapid business growth.

• Review and improve internal financial processes and controls.

• Take part in ad-hoc projects under the direction of the Group Financial Controller.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (Big 4 background preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar senior finance roles.

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.

• Experience in iGaming or Crypto sectors is a plus.

• Fast-paced, proactive, and efficient approach to work.
