We’ve partnered with a fast-growing iGaming scale-up seeking a Head of Finance to lead its financial operations. This key role will oversee financial health, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning while driving efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities include financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and optimising financial reporting systems. The Head of Finance will also provide strategic insights to senior leadership, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep financial expertise and a strategic mindset to support the company’s rapid expansion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with financial reporting, including statutory reporting, filings and tax reporting
• Day-to-day accounting, treasury, and reporting
• Preparation of the monthly management report
• Partnering the Group Head of Finance in managing budgeting and forecasting process (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow)
• Involved in financial systems development to support the business and growth
• Involvement in creating and reviewing all internal processes and controls to ensure efficiency
• Involved with ad-hoc projects assigned by the Group Financial Controller

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, ideally in a Big 4.
• Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Proactive approach to solving problems and making processes efficient.
• Critical thinker; they are a fast-paced company, growing even faster and need someone who is ready to hit the ground running!
• Worked in similar positions and have at least 5 years of work experience
• Knowledge of iGaming and Crypto are a bonus.
