As the Head of Human Resources at EEZI Caffenation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry. We are seeking a seasoned HR professional who can drive our people strategy and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality caffeine products to our customers. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

- Lead the recruitment process, from defining job requirements to interviewing and onboarding new employees.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the e-commerce and related industries.

- Manage and optimize the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

 

2. Employee Engagement and Culture:

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.

- Implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.

- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.

 

3. Performance Management:

- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.

- Provide guidance and support to managers in performance-related matters.

- Identify and address performance issues proactively and constructively.

 

4. Training and Development:

- Identify training and development needs within the organization and create a comprehensive learning and development strategy.

- Collaborate with department heads to ensure employees receive relevant training and development opportunities.

- Implement mentorship and coaching programs to nurture talent within the organization.

 

5. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring that the company remains in compliance.

- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts professionally and confidentially.

 

6. Benefits and Compensation:

- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages.

- Ensure that our compensation structure is aligned with industry standards and supports employee retention and motivation.

 

7. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

- Create regular reports for company leadership on HR initiatives, trends, and outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Proficiency in HR software and systems.

- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
