We're seeking an experienced Head of Marketing for a high-growth and stable B2B Crypto SaaS platform. Based either in London or Amsterdam - remote role.

You'll shape and execute innovative marketing strategies in the rapidly evolving Web3 B2B RegTech SaaS space. Leading a team, you'll drive marketing and growth towards exchanges and institutional and governmental clients.

The Role:

Heading a fully remote team, you will set up and drive full marketing campaigsn to a range of busiensses around the Crypto and DeFi markets.

• Global Strategy: Execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
• Campaign Management: Lead tailored multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Customer Journey: Improve user experiences for key stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Mentor a global marketing team for accountability and creativity.
• Collaboration: Align marketing with product, sales, and customer success goals.
• Market Insights: Analyze trends for strategy refinement and growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to optimize marketing effectiveness.

The Candidate:

Seeking a proven Marketing leader with a background of B2B experience, driving campaigns into institutional-type companies.

A solid understanding of the Blockchain and Crypto markets is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, with 3 years in RegTech/FinTech leadership.
• Expertise in blockchain and institutional/governmental client marketing.
• Proven success in global B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand management.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in CRM and marketing automation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.
