The Head of Technology is responsible for developing a technology capability for our customer. It is a key role in driving the technology strategy and operational excellence as our customer embarks on a significant digital transformation journey. It is also vital in driving the their Data Strategy, ensuring that data is effectively captured, managed and leveraged to enhance decision-making, optimise client engagement, and support strategic business goals. Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the senior executive team, this role will collaborate closely with the Head of Transformation to align IT operations, infrastructure, and systems with the firm’s broader transformation goals. The Head of Technology will ensure that the organisation’s technology ecosystem is robust, scalable, secure, and optimised to support business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Leadership & Digital Transformation:

Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s digital transformation objectives, delivering business value and operational goals.

Act as a technology advisor to leadership, identifying emerging technologies that could drive digital innovation.

Partner with the Transformation Lead to ensure a seamless implementation of a new technology stack that meets business requirements

Ensure the data architecture support data inputs, warehousing and outputs as well as relevant compliance needs

Champion technology within the business, encouraging engagement and fostering collective efforts to support transformation

Data:

In partnership with key stakeholders, develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to align with the gallery’s business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features for CRM and associated allplications that support client engagement, sales, and operational efficiency.

Oversee the integration of data across platforms to provide a unified view of operations.

Understand and manage the technical infrastructure required for data storage, processing, and accessibility.

Ensureing data solutions meet business needs, develop and maintain dashboards and reports of agreed upon KPI’s to support the business in developing actionable insights into key business areas including sales, Finance, client engagement, and market trends.

Through engagement and partnering with colleagues across the business, embed a culture of data maturity, providing training and support on the use of data tooling and insights.
