Health And Safety Auditor

Description:

Wifinity is seeking a Health and Safety Auditor (SHEQ) to join its team and promote a strong safety culture across UK customer sites. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys traveling and interacting with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

📝 Audits & Inspections: Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
📊 Reporting & Recommendations: Identify trends, report findings, and recommend improvements for safety performance.
📢 Training & Toolbox Talks: Develop and deliver safety talks based on audit insights.
🔍 Investigation Support: Assist in investigating safety and environmental issues.
⚖️ Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental laws and best practices.
📄 RAMS Development: Review and develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for operations.
🏆 Accreditation Support: Assist in maintaining Wifinity’s ISO accreditations (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001).

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ SHEQ Expertise: Solid background in construction safety, telecoms, or similar industries.
✅ NEBOSH Certified: NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) required.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
✅ Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Self-Starter: Can work independently and drive safety culture improvements.
✅ Travel-Ready: Willing to travel across the South of England to customer sites.
✅ Driver’s License & Security Clearance: Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain security clearance.
