Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct building surveys and inspections
• Prepare reports and specifications for repairs and refurbishments
• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Provide advice on building conservation and heritage matters
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and statutory authorities

About You:
• MRICS qualified with experience in building surveying
• Strong knowledge of building conservation and heritage legislation
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
