Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager to lead and manage Acer Mews, a 28-bedroom care home in Ashton-Under-Lyne. The role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to provide person-centred, quality-driven care in a homely and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, driving continuous improvement and high standards across the home.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents.

• Provide leadership, motivation, and development to the care team.

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

• Foster a culture aligned with Exemplar Health Care’s values: fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualifications: First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.

• Experience: Minimum three years in a management role in care settings.

• Skills & Attributes: Leadership, person-centred care focus, ability to drive continuous improvement, team management, and adherence to regulatory standards.
