The HR Administrator will be a crucial support to our busy team, and this will be a very varied role, predominantly HR focussed but also some Finance support will be needed.

Responsibilities:

HR admin support such as:

  • Recruitment and Induction
  • Employee Wellbeing
  • HR data and reporting
  • Payroll
  • HR inbox
  • HR documentation
  • HR projects

Finance admin support such as:

  • Process invoices
  • Mail distribution
  • Employee expenses
  • Monthly/weekly reporting
  • Finance projects

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in an HR role.
  • Willingness to keep up to date with HR legislation/best practice.
  • Skilled in Excel.
  • Sage experience advantageous.
