We are searching for a Retail HR Administrator or Trainer who can support the business with HR administration support, project assignments, L&D, training and mentoring plus additionally be 100% hands on in the role with day-to-day guiding, supporting, and educating peers and the operations team across best practices. NB: This is not an ER role.

You will have a strength of character to deliver clear and supporting messages UK wide to store teams and Head Office (BaseCamp). A proactive individual who is passionate, supportive and can inspire the operational and commercial team to deliver an outstanding journey for all colleagues.

What Experience Do You Need?

  • A great role for a newly appointed HR administrator or Graduate who is driven for a career in HR and Training. Support can be given to start CIPD training.
  • Strong HR administration skills and interest to be involved in day-to-day tasks – offer letters, contracts, payroll, general queries.
  • Attention to detail and solid knowledge of excel.
  • Exposure and ability to deliver specific project assignments to aid the company actively shape and develop across L&D, surveys, mentoring, training days, product training.
  • You must live within a commutable distance from Newthorpe. Relocation will not be considered.
