A leading commodities trading organisation, headquartered in the City of London, is seeking a dynamic and driven HR Advisor & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role requires a professional who is adept at sourcing top-tier talent while also contributing significantly to broader HR operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring the company continues to attract and secure high-calibre professionals. You will also be a pivotal support in HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, compensation benchmarking, and HR compliance. Your contributions will extend to wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement programs, and visa application processing, reinforcing the company’s commitment to supporting its workforce comprehensively.
The position also demands regular HR reporting, maintaining HR systems, and advising managers on best recruitment practices to align with organisational goals. You will be working from excellent central London offices in a professional environment that values strategic insight, organisation, and proactive engagement.
Essential qualifications include CIPD certification or active study towards it, strong analytical skills, and the ability to juggle multiple HR priorities with accuracy and foresight.
