In this role, the selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring the company continues to attract and secure high-calibre professionals. You will also be a pivotal support in HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, compensation benchmarking, and HR compliance. Your contributions will extend to wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement programs, and visa application processing, reinforcing the company’s commitment to supporting its workforce comprehensively.

The position also demands regular HR reporting, maintaining HR systems, and advising managers on best recruitment practices to align with organisational goals.
