Hr Business Partner

 

Description:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can build great relationships with stakeholders and partner with teams on the full range of HR strategies, policies and practices to support the business objectives and plans. Your role will include understanding the issues the organisation faces and to be proactive in identifying potential challenges before they arise. You will be someone who is comfortable with questioning the way things are, and confident in recommending how they could be improved and leading through that change.

You'll be able to approach problems with an open mind, using innovative ideas and creative thinking to get the best results. You'll need to become a trusted and credible partner for managers - really integrating yourself with their team, and being someone they fully involve in their people decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and managers to build on employee engagement scores, driving actions that will improve our experiences at work
  • Support managers in resource planning, organisation design and restructure, role definition and job design
  • Advise and coach leaders on HR process, ensuring a fair and transparent approach
  • Partner with Centres of Expertise to ensure business needs are understood
  • Work with management teams to ensure appropriate succession planning and talent development activities are conducted
  • Work with Group Reward to coordinate the annual pay review and bonus schemes in the UK
