Description:

  • Work closely with and provide expert guidance to line managers and business leaders
  • Analyse trends and metrics
  • Manage and resolve complex ER issues
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Act as a leader within your client group, leading on HR initiatives
  • Coaching and influencing senior leaders
  • Provide support and guidance to more junior members of the HR team
  • HR project work
     

Skills And Experience Required
 

  • Demonstrable experience working as a HR Business Partner with a generalist background including complex ER
  • Strong knowledge of HR and employment legislation
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working with senior leaders, to guide, influence and resolve complex issues
  • CIPD level 7
