An iconic global brand is seeking a passionate and experienced HR & Professional Services Procurement expert to drive strategic change across its executive landscape. This is a high-impact, senior-level role that demands gravitas, insight, and the ability to act as a trusted ambassador for both the HR and Procurement functions.

 

As HR Category Manager, you will:

  • Lead complex global sourcing initiatives across HR & Talent, Contingent Labour, Resourcing, Payroll, HR Outsourcing, Employee Benefits, Insurance, and more.
  • Shape a growing global HR procurement category, transforming early progress into an award-winning function.
  • Join the Procurement Leadership Team, contributing to major category strategies and broader commercial decisions.
  • Stay hands-on, managing RFPs, complex negotiations, supplier relationships, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver substantial multi-million pound savings across an untapped and high-potential spend area.

 

Required Experience & Attributes:

  • Extensive global HR procurement experience, with a strong track record of delivering hard savings through negotiation, strategic sourcing, and best-practice procurement.
  • Essential experience in Contingent Labour procurement.
  • Professional Services procurement (e.g., consultancy spend) experience is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement and category management processes.
  • Politically astute and persuasive, with the ability to win senior stakeholder buy-in and drive best-in-class practices.
  • A degree is preferred, but not essential.
