As a HR Change manager your main key responsibilities would be to:

  • Align Organisational Design & Development (OD&D) with the Digital workstream to ensure consistent narrative and solution design across the two workstreams towards the successful delivery.
  • Team purpose statement and key metrics
  • Leadership role profiles and RACI
  • Proposed changes to team roles and shape based on agreed options
  • Delivery roadmap – plan and develop the steps required to move from current state to the agreed design
  • Plan and develop the steps required to move from current state to the agreed design

Essential:

  • Extensive experience in organizational design
  • Experience in change management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Experience in working with tight deadlines
