The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of clients—building trusted relationships, delivering excellent HR advice, and helping to shape culture through great people practices.
You’ll be part of a highly capable team, but also confident working independently and leading client conversations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries from a range of clients
Managing employee relations issues including performance, absence, grievance and disciplinaries
Drafting and reviewing contracts, handbooks, and HR policies
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
Advising on best practice and employment law in a commercially-minded way
Supporting clients to adopt and embed MiM PxP’s HR platform and tools
Tracking key people metrics and proactively identifying risks and opportunities
Leading HR projects such as restructures, engagement initiatives or change programmes
