LHH is partnering with a leading luxury hospitality group to appoint an experienced HR Director to lead its people strategy and play a key role in shaping culture, employee engagement and business performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR leader to work closely with senior leadership, lead a talented HR team and make a real impact across a dynamic, multi-site business.

What we’re looking for:
✨ Senior HR leadership experience within hospitality, hotels, restaurants or retail.

✨ A proven track record of building a strong workplace culture, improving engagement and driving retention.

✨ Extensive employee relations experience, including complex cases, employment tribunals, ACAS and employment law.

✨ Experience leading and developing HR teams, alongside responsibility for L&D, payroll and benefits.

✨ A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
