We are looking for a HR Assistant who is ready to take the next step up or a HR Manager who would like a more flexible work life balance.
Melton is a facilities management company with a small management and admin team and over 100 employed cleaners. We are a small friendly team and have no fixed offices allowing everyone to work from home. The role is 20 hours per week, and these can be flexible to work around children or other commitments enabling a better life-balance. You will be provided with the equipment you need to work from home. You will be responsible for the HR function within the company working with the Teams Manager and Recruitment & Personnel Assistant and your duties will include:
- Recruitment, selection, and retention plan and implementation
- General HR advice and Administration
- Data Management and Payroll
- HR Compliance, Data and Safeguarding
