Description:
Cobalt Recruitment is working with a well-established Real Estate & Property consultancy in London to hire an HR Officer. This role provides the opportunity to work in a lean, close-knit team while reporting directly to the HR Lead. The successful candidate will take ownership of various HR functions, contributing to the enhancement of HR operations.
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer who can work independently and proactively manage multiple HR responsibilities. This role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, compliance, and HR process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to HR strategy.
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
✅ Oversee onboarding and training for new employees while managing learning and development initiatives.
✅ Lead employee engagement activities to maintain a positive workplace culture.
✅ Support HR projects, compliance, and reporting tasks as required.
✅ Identify HR process improvements and recommend actionable changes.
✅ Work independently, maintaining a proactive and strategic approach to HR functions.
✔ CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or currently working towards).
✔ 3-4 years of HR generalist experience (Real Estate/Property experience preferred but not essential).
✔ Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage at all levels.
✔ A proactive, self-motivated professional with strong HR knowledge.
