Hr Systems Coordinator

 

Description:

The LHH (formerly Badenoch + Clark) HR team are working with a leading business to appoint a HR Systems Coordinator to join their team based near Birmingham. You will be responsible for maintaining the HR database (iTrent) and other people systems, including accuracy of data, housekeeping and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for organisational structure within iTrent including changes to reporting lines, cost centres, new services, new roles / posts or positions.
  • Understand the business structure and ensure levels of access for managers and other stakeholders is always relevant and appropriate.
  • To provide regular and ad-hoc management information at all levels including reports to managers and HR colleagues.
  • Provide users with problem resolution to People System queries.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and new features.
  • Maintain related standard operating procedures, documented processes and training documentation.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the nature and grade of the post.

 

About you:

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent standard
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills which includes ability use a number of functions such as pivot tables, v-lookups, basic charts and complex formulae
  • Experience of providing system administration support to iTrent or a similar HR System
  • Detailed report writing using tools for example Business Objects is desirable
  • Demonstrable experience and working knowledge of HR systems
  • Previous experience of working in an HR team
  • Producing statistical reports, management information and analysis for use at Executive/Senior level
  • Process improvement and project implementation experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct professional dialogue at leadership level
  • Strong written and presentation skills with a focus on creativity and comprehension
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Project management skills desirabl
