Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resource Advisor to join our busy and friendly HR Team on a permanent basis, working 34 hours a week. We offer a hybrid working option to support our colleagues, giving you the flexibility to work from home and attend our sites to ensure interactive working whilst building positive working relationships.
What you’ll do
You’ll work in partnership with a range of business areas, including housing, support, care and central services to deliver operational priorities in line with our people plan.
We are looking for a true HR generalist, who will have the ability to work closely with our managers across the organisation to provide advice and guidance on the full range of HR issues, including complex ER cases, change management and colleague engagement.
What you’ll need
You’ll have the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and managers, offering comprehensive coaching and guidance to develop their people management skills and knowledge of best practice. To be successful in this role, you’ll have experience of providing generalist HR advice in line with people policies, employment law and best practice.
You’ll have strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to adapt your priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.You’ll be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team in a busy HR operational role.
You’ll be CIPD level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience, and you’ll be able to travel flexibly to our sites across South Wales.
