Description:
- Lead new starter inductions and maintain accurate HR and TA system records
- Oversee general HR administration including time & attendance, holidays, contract changes, and absence management
- Coordinate training courses in line with the training plan, supporting apprenticeship recruitment and development
- Collate and report on HR metrics and support wider HR initiatives and projects
- Provide employee relations support, including investigations, absence reviews, and engagement activities
- Coach and support line managers to build capability and confidence in managing their teams
- Partner with the site leadership team to deliver HR support and general administration
HR Advisor
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Part CIPD Level 5 qualified, with 4–5 years relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong employee relations experience, with confidence in handling complex cases
- Proven coaching skills to develop and support line managers
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and able to manage competing priorities
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to produce reports, metrics, and data insights
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working independently or as part of a close-knit team
