Due to growth, we are now recruiting for an experienced generalist HR Advisor to join our HR Team at one of the UK’s most loved brands, Fox’s Biscuits; makers of the Party Ring, Chunkie Cookies, Chocolatey, Fabulously and many more.

This is a brand new position within our HR team, as Fox’s Biscuits is now part of the global confectionary business, Ferrero. We are going through growth, investment and are being integrated as a Branded business within the Ferrero family. Which this role will support and help shape Fox’s Biscuits people agenda.

The HR Advisor will support the HR Function in providing an efficient, proactive and confidential HR service to all salaried employees across the Batley Bakery and Fox’s Central teams. They will provide advice and guidance to Managers in relation to HR issues, anticipate, understand and effectively meet their expectations. They will build the performance and capability of individuals and teams across the division, through the sourcing and delivery of development activity and processes.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar HR Advisor/ Business Partner position previously ideally within a FMCG business. They will have experience of supporting and working with central functions teams such as Finance, Marketing, Commercial, NPD and Operations. This is a fast paced role, where you need to be adaptable, organised and have excellent stakeholder skills. Ideally they will also have experience of change management and have the ability to influence at all levels.
