Role responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the People Strategy aligned with Business objectives.
• Lead with both the development and implementation of a wide range of HR processes and activities.
• Work closely with trade unions.
• Manage ER casework.
• Assist with Change management restructures.
• Establish Business Partner type relationships with various stakeholders.
• Provide support and coaching to line managers.
• Project work
• Provide operational support.

The successful candidate will need:

• To have worked in an educational environment.
• Hold an HR Qualification, CIPD or equivalent.
• Experience with working with trade unions.
• Experience managing ER casework.
• Good communication skills.
