The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning HR strategy with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and supporting the SVP, HR | Global. The position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments while fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions that align with corporate goals and organizational priorities.

  • Provide expert consultation and coaching to leadership on talent management, employee relations, and performance issues.

  • Utilize strong business acumen to design and execute HR initiatives that optimize workforce engagement and operational effectiveness.

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Analyze HR metrics, including productivity, turnover, and engagement data, to identify trends and guide strategic recommendations.

  • Support organizational design and transformation initiatives, driving change management and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to enhance career development, leadership capability, and succession planning.

  • Lead the PROUD to be JC employee engagement initiative, strengthening company culture and employee satisfaction globally.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Diversity, Wellness, and Performance Improvement to deliver integrated HR strategies.

  • Contribute to budgeting processes by providing workforce insights and strategic talent planning.

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning frameworks and training programs to enhance professional growth.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and innovation.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving decision-making through credible expertise and sound judgment.

  • Deep understanding of the Centre of Excellence (COE) model within HR.

  • Project management proficiency and the ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • High degree of cultural awareness and adaptability in a global business context.


Experience Required:

  • Proven track record as an HR Business Partner in a complex, fast-moving commercial organization.

  • Retail or fashion industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in organizational design, strategic HR planning, and leadership development.

  • Strong background in coaching, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
