Human Resources Business Partner

initiatives across integration, change management, and M&A activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to UK and European business leaders on performance, engagement, and organizational design.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations for UK employees — onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and policy management.
• Partner with global HR teams to design and execute initiatives that support scaling, integration, and cultural alignment post-M&A.
• Advise leadership on organizational design and workforce planning to ensure readiness during acquisition and transition phases.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law, including right-to-work verification, statutory leave, and redundancy processes.
• Manage UK compensation and benefits, maintaining equity and consistency across teams.
• Support performance management and employee development using tools such as Lattice and BambooHR.
• Maintain HR data integrity and reporting, enabling data-driven decisions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture aligned with global company values.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience supporting or leading M&A-related HR integrations (due diligence, harmonization, cultural alignment).
• Demonstrated success in global or matrixed environments with rapid growth and change.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing tactical execution with strategic outcomes.
• Comfortable working on-site full-time, engaging directly with teams and leadership.
