Description:
This position blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on delivery, ideal for someone
who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a pivotal role in aligning
people strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting
initiatives across integration, change management, and M&A activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to UK and European business leaders on performance, engagement, and organizational design.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for UK employees — onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and policy management.
- Partner with global HR teams to design and execute initiatives that support scaling, integration, and cultural alignment post-M&A.
- Advise leadership on organizational design and workforce planning to ensure readiness during acquisition and transition phases.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, including right-to-work verification, statutory leave, and redundancy processes.
- Manage UK compensation and benefits, maintaining equity and consistency across teams.
- Support performance management and employee development using tools such as Lattice and BambooHR.
- Maintain HR data integrity and reporting, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture aligned with global company values.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience supporting or leading M&A-related HR integrations (due diligence, harmonization, cultural alignment).
- Demonstrated success in global or matrixed environments with rapid growth and change.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing tactical execution with strategic outcomes.
- Comfortable working on-site full-time, engaging directly with teams and leadership.
