Human Resources Coordinator

Hamlyn Williams continues to be one of the fastest-growing recruitment firms globally and we are delighted to be hiring an HR Coordinator to join and work with the wider people team, managing and supporting HR matters of Hamlyn Williams and the wider brands. You will be involved in the day-to-day running of HR activities and support with ad hoc projects. The duties will focus on general HR and include HR administration and employee relations matters.

A snapshot of the role:

Reporting to the Head of HR, your role will begin with the below responsibilities, with a view to develop your HR career and a more specialist focus:

• Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
• HR administration, including processing employment contracts and employee changes,
• Ensure employee documentation and HR policies and practices are in line with statutory and legal requirements for their location
• HR system management including monitoring absence
• Complete and record exit interviews and highlight concerns and recommendations
• Work collaboratively with the global operations team and support with key people projects
• Conduct employee welfare conversations and regular check-ins
• Produce HR reports and analytics to senior managers
