As they expand their footprint across EMEA, they are seeking an exceptional HR Director to partner with senior leadership and drive strategic transformation, talent development, and organisational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Strategically: Partner with senior executives to align HR strategies with business objectives across the EMEA region.
• Drive Change: Lead organisational change and transformation initiatives with energy, vision, and strong employee engagement.
• Develop Talent: Mentor and grow an impactful HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Build Capability: Create scalable training and leadership development programmes.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Champion Data-Driven HR: Maximise the potential of HRIS systems for accurate reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
• Shape Culture: Promote diversity, inclusion, and well-being while embedding a values-driven workplace culture.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced sectors
• Deep expertise in change management and organisational development.
• Experience managing HR operations across multiple countries.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and a data-led approach to HR strategy.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
