GAO TEK Inc is offering a virtual HR internship designed to provide hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, leveraging AI-driven tools. The intern will work with a global team supporting hiring for various international markets, gaining exposure to modern, technology-enabled HR practices.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and headhunting

• Posting job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals

• Screening resumes and applications

• Scheduling and conducting interviews for various positions

• Managing communications with applicants via email and LinkedIn, including follow-ups

• Supporting AI-driven HR tasks such as data processing and system updates

Requirements:

• Currently studying or completed a university degree in HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, or other programs with strong English language focus

• Preference for candidates who can speak Chinese to assist recruitment for Chinese-speaking markets

• Keen to learn, hardworking, productive, and committed to the role

• Strong interest in a career in HR and enthusiasm for an internship opportunity in this field
