Human Resources Manager

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities to direct an HR team and encourage and support personnel. They will have excellent communication skills, including the capacity to listen, whilst always maintaining confidentiality, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to write reports, procedures, and policies. With the capacity to maintain composure, they will approach their work with a positive and can-do attitude.

Having practical experience in HR management and knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and happy to take on board new systems of software, they will numerate and financially aware with the ability to produce reports and statistics as required.
