Description:
Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources Operations to join their global HR Leadership Team. This remote UK-based role is pivotal in ensuring global HR operations run efficiently, compliantly, and consistently across all regions. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee HR governance, and implement HR policies and programs to enhance employee experience and mitigate organizational risk.
As a key HR leader reporting to the CPO, you will contribute to shaping the overall HR strategy, support HR transformation initiatives, and manage HR activities for mergers and acquisitions. The role encompasses policy ownership, HR compliance, employee relations, and leadership of local HR operations partners, ensuring consistency and excellence in HR practices globally. You will also oversee the HR Direct (shared services) team and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain global HR policies aligned with local regulations and business objectives
Oversee HR compliance programs and ensure adherence to employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
Provide expert guidance on employee relations and support leadership in resolving complex HR issues
Build and manage relationships with Works Councils and employee representative groups
Manage and coach local HR operations partners to ensure consistent application of HR programs
Support HR transformation initiatives, process modernization, and operational improvements
Lead HR activities during mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
Lead HR Direct (Shared Services) with a focus on continuous improvement and future-readiness
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
Significant HR operations experience in a complex, multi-country environment
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions
Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop HR teams and local HR operations partners
Experience in HR transformation initiatives, process redesign, or system implementations
Experience in M&A HR activities, including integration and change management
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset balancing compliance, operational excellence, and employee experience
HR certification preferred
