Description:
EC1 Partners is currently seeking a Human Resources Partner (UK People Advisor) to support a fast-paced, global organization on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in delivering strategic HR support across both core business divisions and central corporate functions, with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance across multiple regions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can start immediately and operate effectively in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver strategic HR advisory services across core divisions and corporate functions
Manage employee relations matters and support performance management for leaders
Drive people initiatives across regional operations ensuring full compliance with UK employment legislation
Execute TUPE processes when required and lead various HR projects
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce strategies and organisational compliance
Requirements:
Solid experience in HR advisory roles within dynamic and fast-paced organizations
Deep knowledge of UK labour and employment laws
Proven ability to manage complex HR matters including performance, relations, and TUPE transfers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Immediate availability to join a 6-month engagement
Contract Details:
Day Rate: Up to £220 per day (inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
Start: Immediate
Work Setup: On-site in the UK
