What you will be doing:

You will work as a part of the HR UK Transformation and Digital team where you’ll have the chance to be involved in projects that impact the Airbus business across all the core countries.

You’ll get to be involved across a number of areas:

• Transformation and Change: support the company transformation, introduction of new HR tools and the adoption of new ways of working across HR and the wider business;
• Digital and Data: Improve HR operations and services through the deployment of new HR digital capabilities whilst enforcing respect of data protection standards and principles within HR;
• Employee Experience: by listening to the voice of our employees, simplifying HR initiatives for the business, striving for continuous improvement, and by focusing on employee experience, Airbus will deliver fit for purpose HR solutions;
• HR4HR: working with the HR Business Partner for HR to promote the personal and professional development solutions available for the HR community;
• Communication and Change Management: supporting all HR communications, project management and change support activities.
