Iam/ Identity & Access Management Senior Manager

Description:

Harrington Starr are seeking someone at Senior Manager/ VP Level to play a role in driving the governance and strategic oversight of the our client's IAM and PAM systems. The role is for a client in the banking sector and will from part of the EMEA cyber security function.

Some of the key activities will include:

• Responsible for the Governance and Oversight of identity and access management function delivered by service providers to ensure it meets EMEA business requirements.
• Oversee the day-to-day provisioning, recertification and related activities of Security Access Administration in London serving as a contact point for escalation across EMEA.
• Act as a security liaison with EMEA Business units to actively seek out improvement opportunities in areas of Identity & Access Management
• Support the Governance, Regulatory & Compliance function within Security team to provide timely response to any matters concerning regulatory/audit requests.

Key skills needed:

• Strong understanding of processes around Identity & Access Management for both business and IT perspective.

• Significant functional and industry specific experience and expertise with a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management processes.

• Strong stakeholder management, including working with diverse teams in other regions.

• Good experience in data analysis, MS Office suite applications, access management platforms.
