In-house Litigation Solicitor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced In-house Litigation Solicitor to join a property investment and acquisitions group located in Battersea, SW11. The role is full-time and involves working within the litigation team to manage a varied caseload and provide legal advice and support to senior solicitors and company directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide range of dispute resolution and litigation cases.

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to the company.

• Prepare and draft legal documents as necessary.

• Supervise and train junior solicitors.

• Collaborate with colleagues across various legal practices to offer comprehensive legal services.

Requirements:

• 3 PQE+ in litigation, with experience in a diverse caseload.

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales, or foreign qualified.

• Ambitious and hard-working attitude towards work.

• In-house experience or a strong interest in it.
