Are you an experienced Independent Social Worker undertaking Form F assessments in London?

We're looking to hear from experienced ISWs who are interested in taking on Form F assessment work on a self-employed basis.


To be considered, you must:
Have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
Be registered with Social Work England (SWE).
Have previous experience independently completing Form F assessments – this must be hands-on experience completing Form Fs yourself, rather than simply assisting with them.
Be happy to undertake a combination of face-to-face and remote sessions.
