Heaven Media, a leading creative marketing agency specializing in the gaming and technology industries, is seeking an Influencer Strategist to join their team. The company connects world-renowned brands with gaming and tech audiences globally and brings over two decades of expertise in integrated marketing.

As an Influencer Strategist, you will report directly to the Creative Strategy Lead and play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering global influencer marketing proposals. You will independently manage the end-to-end process of proposal development, from strategic direction to creative concepts, influencer suggestions, and key performance indicators (KPIs), all aligned with client briefs, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading influencer strategy on client proposals and acting as the go-to expert on content creators.

• Analyzing briefs and creating tailored influencer marketing strategies that effectively address client needs.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive proposal development.

• Utilizing platforms like CreatorIQ to discover and evaluate suitable influencers.

• Conducting outreach to influencers and talent agencies to obtain rates and integrate them into proposals.

• Estimating campaign performance metrics and costs based on proposed strategies.

• Staying abreast of the latest trends across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms in both gaming and lifestyle sectors.

• Leading pitches remotely and in-person, while demonstrating strong presentation and communication skills.

Essential Requirements:

• Deep understanding of influencer culture and social media trends.

• Proven ability to craft data-driven strategic proposals using PowerPoint.

• Skilled in influencer discovery tools (e.g., CreatorIQ) and data platforms like GWI.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective time management and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

• Comfortable with remote presentations and virtual collaboration.
