What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with business and IT teams to gather, analyse, and refine requirements
- Map and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation
- Act as a central point of contact across projects, providing clear updates and driving delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Take ownership of product backlog and prioritisation as a Product Owner
- Produce detailed documentation including technical specifications, data models, and workflows
- Lead workshops and requirement sessions, ensuring clear actions and outcomes
- Support UAT processes, managing defects and ensuring smooth releases
- Help onboard users to new systems and provide ongoing post-launch support
- Champion Agile, Scrum, and DevOps ways of working across teams
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven experience as a Technical or IT Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Experience with data-focused environments or data engineering exposure
- Skilled in stakeholder management across multiple levels and locations
- Confident running workshops and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Strong documentation skills (e.g. UML, ER diagrams, data models)
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
