Interim Investigations & Compliance Case Manger

Description:

Immediate need for a qualified lawyer or experienced investigations and compliance professional to join a global business on an initial contract basis commencing from February. City based, hybrid working, 3 days/week in the office.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer you will have a broad, global remit supporting the business on global investigations and case management under the whistleblowing program.

This will include:

• handling multiple cases, some of which may be across multiple jurisdictions
• support the CCO by delivering thorough, objective and timely investigations
• end to end case management covering review, documentation, report writing, correct-action processes and post-case debriefs
• understanding applicable regulatory and policy requirements
• assist in training programs
• providing support to the business on broader compliance matters
