Interim Programme Director

Description:

Phipps Cameron are partnered with a bespoke Wealth Management client seeking a Programme Director to deliver a new regulatory remediation plan across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a detailed and costed program of works to deliver key agreed outcomes within the scope of the Design Authority approach.
• Collaborate with the Steering Committees and reporting controls to create a Governance Framework.
• Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders and ExCo.

Requirements:

• Experience leading and executing regulatory compliance remediation projects, including specific examples of responding to an FCA directive requiring FCA validation and updates.
• Led programmes comprising multiple workstreams at financial services clients, including at least one recent project within the wealth management sector.
