We are looking for someone who thrives on organisation, detail and teamwork. As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our sales process, ensuring everything runs smoothly, maintaining customer relationships and maximising referrals. You will:
- Support Relationships and Referrals, you’ll work with the business, maintaining customer relationships and maximising referrals
- Dealership Engagement - Ensure dealership training, marketing and standards are kept up to date
- Ensure CRM Accuracy, maintaining data hygiene, real time pipeline updates and reliable reporting
- Support customers across their partnership with Pod, sharing updates through email, phone and Microsoft Teams
- Provide Reporting and Insights through forecasts, sales reports and account review packs
- Maintain Collateral, keeping sales templates, knowledge bases and content updated
- Improve Efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate
- Collaborate across Marketing, Operations and Customer Success to deliver joined up customer journeys
- Champion Pod values with every interaction, building trust and enabling our customers to feel confident in their move to clean energy.
Electrify us with your skills:
We think the role would be great for somebody who has good levels of experience in either sales support, account management or sales operations. As well as:
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Skilled in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Confident in producing proposals, tenders and written collateral
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
- Experience in tech, energy, construction or sustainability is a bonus
- A genuine passion for cleaner mobility and the future of energy.
