Internal Communications Specialist

 

Description:

The Internal Communications Specialist will:

– Create engaging content across multiple internal communication channels

– Manage and develop the company intranet, ensuring content remains relevant and accessible

– Deliver employee engagement campaigns, company updates and communication initiatives

– Coordinate internal events, town halls and employee-focused activities

– Maintain communication calendars and support organisation-wide messaging programmes

 

The role requires:

– Previous experience within internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications

– Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail

– Experience managing digital communication platforms, ideally SharePoint or similar intranet systems

– Strong PowerPoint and content creation capabilities with an eye for visual presentation
