International Corporate Tax Manager

Description:

Working exclusively with a global asset management firm who are looking for an International Corporate Tax Manager to join their tax team in Central London. No previous FS experience needed.

• Managing tax integration of newly acquired entities globally
• Oversight of UK and International tax compliance obligations
• Overseeing Transfer pricing process and management of documentation
• Supporting on M&A transactions
• Management and implementation of Pillar 2 reporting
• Supporting Head of Tax of Group tax risks and governance framework including SAO, CCO and tax policy.
• Liaising with HMRC overseas tax authorities

Qualifications:

• CTA qualified or equivalent
• Some VAT experience is desirable
