Investment Compliance Officer

You’ll be working for a very well-established, successful business that’s launching a new investment management platform, and needs your expertise to help them do so.

This is an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract that comes with all the employee benefits of a permanent role, including bonus, pension and holiday entitlement.

Using your excellent working knowledge of MiFID and/or CASS regulations, you’ll support in the identification and assessment of regulatory changes, developments and announcements from the FCA and PRA that impact investment management and the distribution of investment products.

You’ll play an active role in updating and implementing new policies and procedures as a result of regulatory changes and communicate the details effectively to the business.

In addition, you’ll provide advice and guidance on regulatory and technical matters across the Group and contribute to the review and sign-off of financial promotions and other customer-facing documentation.

You’ll be an experienced Compliance specialist from the investment management arena, with a good working knowledge of MiFID / MiFIDPRU and/or CASS regulations. You’ll have the ability to analyse and interpret legislation, regulation and industry guidance, and exercise sound judgement and decision-making in the application of regulatory and technical standards.
