👉 About the position:

We are currently seeking an Onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician for contractual, freelance assignments in your area.

Assignments will be allocated based on your location, offering you the flexibility to take on tasks according to your availability — whether on weekdays or weekends.

👉 Responsibilities include:

· L1 & L2 IT/Networking tasks, such as desktop support.

· Hardware installation and replacement (e.g., server/rack components like hard drives).

· Conducting site surveys for IT infrastructure or networking requirements.

· Providing on-site assistance for devices like routers, switches, and firewalls by enabling console access for remote support teams.

👉 Preferred Skills and Expertise:

✅ Proficient in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, and Incident/Change/Release Management, with support experience for various third-party applications on Windows platforms.

✅ Professionally trained and certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Windows Server Administration, with a focus on leveraging programming techniques for innovative tasks.

✅ Foundational knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnetting, and troubleshooting wireless LAN/Ethernet desktop configuration issues.

✅ Hands-on experience with troubleshooting multiple operating systems, including iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices.
